This notice explains how AUREL Trails handles information when you explore our website, plan a journey or contact us through our website or a Google Ads lead form.

Journey requests and enquiries

When you submit a journey request or enquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, country, travel dates, group size, destinations, budget and travel preferences. We use it to respond, prepare a personal proposal and arrange your requested journey. An enquiry or booking request does not confirm a reservation or collect payment.

Submitted website requests are stored for the AUREL team. When email delivery is connected, request details are sent through our email delivery provider to the team. Replies sent from our admin panel are emailed to you. Applying a coupon sends your email and selected themes to check eligibility.

Google Ads enquiry forms

If you submit a form hosted by Google, Google collects your responses and makes them available to AUREL through Google Ads and any connected lead-delivery service. AUREL uses these details to contact you about the enquiry and plan your journey. Budget responses help identify requests that match our journeys. Submitting does not create a confirmed booking.

Google processes information under its own privacy policy. Google Ads may notify our business team when a lead is received. Lead information is accessible to authorised AUREL team members and service providers used to handle your enquiry.

Preferences on your device

You can explore themes and download a brief without sending an enquiry. General trip preferences may be saved on your device. Contact details, transfer addresses, free-text notes and dining details remain in the website tab until you submit. You can clear saved planner preferences from the website's Privacy panel.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

Optional website analytics starts only after you allow it. AUREL and Google Analytics measure visits and journey-planning activity without sending contact details, form contents or chat messages to analytics. With permission, we store Google ad click identifiers for up to 90 days and attach them to requests. We share those identifiers, request references and request or booking-confirmation times with Google Ads to measure enquiries, booking requests and confirmed bookings. You can withdraw permission in Analytics preferences on our website.

Other website services

Country and region are estimated from the network connection. We do not request GPS location or store precise location. Chat messages are processed to answer your question and are not saved in the booking database; avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chat. Google Fonts and the hosting provider may receive routine connection information, such as your IP address.
