Where do Aurel journeys begin?
Our first collection focuses on Karnataka. Start with an airport pickup in your caravan, choose another meeting point, or shape the starting place together. Airport-to-airport journeys and different pickup and drop-off locations can be requested; logistics are confirmed with your proposal.
Can I combine themes and experiences?
Yes. Choose any available theme, or combine several in one booking request. Your team will help shape the route, experiences and pace around the combination you choose.
What can be arranged for my private journey?
Your proposal can bring together the caravan and driver, overnight stops, chef-prepared meals and suitable local specialists. Observation optics, directional listening equipment and specific instructors are available to request; the final setup is confirmed for your dates.
How personal can the experience be?
Tell us your dining preferences, questions for a guide, ideal pace and preferred caravan ambience — including a scent-free option. You can also record your photography and sharing preferences in the journey brief.
Are sightings, equipment and activities guaranteed?
Experiences depend on season, access, weather and specialist availability. Your team confirms suitable overnight stops, requested equipment and inclusions in your personal proposal.
Can I travel without a fixed itinerary?
Choose Aimless Wandering. There is no destination to reach, list to complete or schedule of sights. Follow what feels right on the day, while your crew takes care of the practicalities and suitable overnight stops.
Does the planner make a booking?
The planner lets you choose one or more themes, set your preferences and send a booking request to our team. You receive a request reference; your reservation is confirmed only after the team agrees availability, itinerary, inclusions and price with you. No payment is taken on this website.
