AUREL and Google Analytics measure visits and journey-planning activity without sending contact details, form contents or chat messages to analytics. With permission, we store Google ad click identifiers for up to 90 days and attach them to requests. We share those identifiers, request references and request or booking-confirmation times with Google Ads to measure enquiries, booking requests and confirmed bookings.
