Your first private journey
Begin with your interests. A practical introduction to shaping your route, choosing your pace and arranging your private journey with AUREL.

A private journey begins with a simple question: what would you like to experience? You do not need to arrive with a finished itinerary. A few interests, a sense of your preferred pace and an idea of when you would like to travel are enough to begin a conversation.
AUREL brings the route, experiences, private travel suite and crew together in one personal proposal. Here is how to approach your first journey.
Start with what moves you
Your journey can draw on one theme or several. Wildlife and heritage might sit alongside regional food; quiet landscapes might leave room for walking, local traditions or time away from screens. Themes are interests that help shape your route, rather than separate journeys you need to choose between.
Explore the experiences that appeal to you and add the moments you would like to include. You can also share something particular you hope to discover. Your curator combines those choices into a route at your preferred pace.

Decide how you want your days to feel
A route is only one part of planning. Think about whether you enjoy an active day, a slow morning, or a little of both. Consider which experiences matter most and where you would like to leave room for the unexpected.
You may prefer a thoughtfully designed itinerary, with every detail considered in advance. Or you may want a journey that can evolve as your interests do. Share that preference early so your curator can understand the rhythm you are seeking.
Practical arrangements still matter. Routes, permits, overnight stops, activities and specialist support depend on conditions and availability. Your personal proposal confirms how those details come together.
Make the comfort personal
AUREL journeys are fully managed from airport pickup to airport return. Different airports and other meeting points can be arranged; you can share locations in your request or decide on them with your curator.
Your suite and crew are considered alongside your route. Vehicle layout, chef service, guides, security and other support are tailored to your preferences and confirmed in the proposal. Share dining and dietary preferences, access needs, a special occasion or any other details that would help the team plan thoughtfully.
You can also express preferences for ambience, including a scent-free setting. These smaller choices help the journey feel personal without needing to occupy your attention once it begins.
Send a request, then shape the proposal
When you are ready, use the journey planner to select your themes and experiences, add your preferred duration and guest count, and share dates if you know them. Flexible plans are welcome; you can explain what remains open.
Submitting a request does not take payment or confirm a reservation. Your curator responds to confirm availability, the route, luxury motorhome, crew and your personal quote. Any displayed starting price is indicative; the team confirms the final quote.
The proposal is where your ideas become a considered journey. Bring your curiosity, be clear about what matters to you, and let the details take shape around it.
